ESPERANZA LOPEZ-DOMINGUEZ was born and raised in Spain. She has lived in the United Stated States since she was 24 years old. She learned English as a young child in international schools, she is, therefore, a true bilingual.
She is certified as a Spanish court interpreter through the State of Minnesota and the United States Courts. She travels around the country to the different states that currently do not have Federally cerfitified court interpreters. She has been part of the faculty that teaches the court interpreting orientation, one of the steps required to become a State certified court interpreter in Minnesota since 1998. She has also taught at the University of Minnesota in the translation and interpretation department.
She has ample experience in legal, medical, and conference interpreting.
CARLOS BERNARDINO was born and educated in Mexico and moved to the United States once he graduated from college. Carlos was one of the pioneers in becoming a certified court interpreter in Minnesota. He has set an example of what it means to be a professional intepreter throughout his 25 years of experience. He has been part of the faculty that teaches the court interpreting orientation, one of the steps required to become a State certified court interpreter in Minnesota since the program started back in 1993.
Carlos and Esperanza are true believers that the profession of a interpreter/translator is a never ending learning career and they are always eager to
